Does it matter because almost ALL prestigious fighters didn't fight everyone out there. Only a hand full. And Mosley only lost to wht 3 ppl? and outa 46 wins 39 ko's...ridiculous.
And Kessler, if your good your good. look at Rocky Marciano he fought everybody, just everybody was old and not very good anymore.
Calzaghe fought everybody in his homeland and now he has come here fighting stars. Not protected just not american fighters tht u know.

If you're good you fight everybody. But there is always somebody around the world that can beat you. No matter who you are, or how good you are, somebody's style is going to work against yours. So the fighters with the 0's ARE over protected. Floyd hasn't taken any risks at all. I'd have alot of respect for him if you fought every credible oppenent and even lost 1 or 2. But no, he handpicked his fights and won them all. Thats not a true champion.

Your right it doesnt matter who you fight..its the 67-0 record that matters..thats why brian nielsen, the danish pastry, is the greatest heavyweight ever.

But it seems that getting rid of Floyd has been a good thing..now a lot of interesting fights happens, unlike during his "reign"

lol...I did a lil google search and checked on boxrec about this guy because I don't know much about him:
http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=4681&cat=boxer
I see that he fought TYSON! I actually remember Tyson fighting this guy when I think back!
Anyway back on topic...I'm a fan of Floyd and I think his cocky persona adds to the entertainment of boxing... (well, it entertains me lol) ... I agree with Mikkel and Sal though...Floyd has ducked some big names...he needs to fight AT LEAST two of these: Cotto, Margarito, Mosley, Williams.
If he fights two of these and wins them both...I think he would gain more respect from the more knowledgeable boxing fans.
