Isnt he coming out of retirement to fight a big russian for a title?

yeah against 7ft valuev.

no reason to be given a shot just a poor old rusty showing against ibragimov set him up for this title...but i want him to get the big fights now. he loves fightign and hasnt shown alot of drop off since. if he can win rounds then fair game, good on him.

valuev doesnt have much punch or workrate but just a solid enough jab and a big body and stamina.

evander does havce a chance to upset as john ruiz almost floored valuev in the rematch.

Thats weird I heard it was a rumor and the fight will not happen.

I think he's coming out of retirement because his house is getting forclosed and he needs sum money, so its pretty much a desperation fight for him in my opinion.

the name is Nikolai Valuev. Holyfield lost this fight (in my opinion he won it..but you know how it works in boxing sometimes). But later Valuev lost against David "Big Mouth" Haye.
