I've been sitting in the lobby for the past 10 minutes and not one person is online. Is it something I'm doing wrong or what?

no not a lot of people play it...but when mikkel finishes it fully everyone will start

Yes it works, as said before not a lot of people play 3D yet, however there's usually a few people on around 6-12pm GMT. (From what I've seen.)

it doesnt work for me so i cant play it but i use to when i could

Well if it doesn't work for you, you should post under the 'Technical Issues' forum. First, read 'Before you post a technical issue (3D)' and, if it still doesn't work, then you should post showing everything you have done and specifically where you found your problem.
