1. Is this the same Boon who lagged other peoples matches on purpose just to spoil their fights and just to act like prick?

2. Is this the same Boon who got banned for being nothing but an idiot?

3. Is this the same Boon who was allowed back?

- why was he allowed back on the first place?

4. Is this the same Boon who IMMEDIATELY after he was allowed back went and lagged several peoples matches on purpose continuing doing the same what he was banned for in the first place?

5. Is this the same Boon who acted like he is all sorry for it, after threathened to be banned again, and then went and did it again?

6. Is this the Boon who still keeps doing it periodically (although not as much as he used to and I am NOT referring to my match with Larry)?

Rocky, Legend, or whatever other name you loser fight under, you must be referring to another Boon. I lagged fights, I got banned and I stopped lagging fights. Simple as that.

I challenged you for a fight, you accepted although you knew I was lagging and you got schooled and you quit. You were furious after I beat your ass, so furious that you are starting to make excuses to get me banned. Crybaby, get over your loss. If you want a rematch, I´ll be glad to slam your face again into pulp.

lol rocky i duno how someone would know how powerful someones punches are from video but i do have to work on my power and speed.
I did do 4 rounds so i didnt expect all my rounds to be perfect and this was my worse round so i didnt do that bad i guess.
Rocky your critism is ok but at the same time you go overboard with it lol but thats just you lol.

i used to box and then i just lost concentration and wasn't determined anymore.

Well in sparring and bag hitting, that's not really the place to judge power. Fighters don't necessarily spar or train with full power. A lot of times it is more for conditioning, to get their body and hands moving. That's why I would refrain from mentioning power and speed.

No one really knows how hard you hit but your opponent.

My main comments as stated above still stand on making sure your head movements are with purpose and not wasted energy. As well as using feints when coming forward and using angles.

Regardless as to whether he is big or not, your advantage being shorter, smaller and faster should be speed and movement. You're taking away your own advantages by just bulling in one line straight to his chest.

yeh man il get some more vids up so i can get some more tips maybe get a spar up hopefully and il concentrate more on moving and using my head movements and gettin gd angles and improving my jab.
