fierce what are The problems are you having with downloading the game?

when I download the game it downloads it as a .jar file and when I try and open it or run it it doesn't open

its supposed to download as a .jar file... what version of java are you using it might be blocked by your java security settings

Thats your problem you actually need older java to get it working properly... you should uninstall and reinstall an earlier version

I dont think so. I am able to run it with the latest Java version.

Well I'm running vista I upgraded to 1.8 the other day and i couldn't get past the login screen until i downgraded back to 1.7...

Which leads me to the question, Fierce what OS are you using

every time I try to download it it then asks me what I want to do with the file save or open and every time it only does it partially and asks the same thing agin when i try to open it, save or open?

try saving it to a specific location
