Reaper proper sparring at the gym

Hey this is the video i been waiting for and that i told you all i needed to get this is me proper sparring musab.
Musab is 66KG and im 57kg hes younger then me but has been boxing 3 years more then me.
Hes a brawler and im the boxer i dont think im a puncher yet but i do have a bit of power when i spar people my wieght which isnt much lol im always against bigger guys.
I had to go easy on my power against musab and i let him out the corner alot to give him time to regroup since its only sparring.
I think hes a good fighter but i think hes a better boxer and his dad use to be a pro boxer so maybe he influences musabs style.

I already gave you constructive criticism in other threads so I'll give it to you straight, what I saw was poor, from both of you. Take note of what was said in other threads, stop posting vids until you improve on previous flaws.

Its abit old the vid and i always said i would get it up here to show everyone and finally i have!
Nothing is going to be perfect not even from you if you ever post a sparr and i think that spar didnt go that bad but thats just my opinion from what i see from the video.
That other vid was pretty poor because i didnt have a headguard on or a mouth piece so it was light sparring with a bigger guy.
So this vid is more accurate to the way i spar properly.
P.S you was on pretty quick when i posted this lol

Just my opinion, after a year or so the technique is still pretty low for that amount of time. But if you take what was said from the other thread and take it seriously and work har you could improve pretty quickly. But from this I must say you should keep backing out of sparring Josh as you would get absolutely murdered.

Well he wieghs alot more then me so there would be no point in sparring josh no point in my going out of my way just to spar a yank.
Theres always room for improvement of course, at least i kept my hands up pretty well i didnt get hit much in that spar and i digged to the body a few times too.
I think i need to work on everything at the moment lol i need to counter punch more with brawlers too because sometimes i see the opening to catch them but i am thrown off with there wild swings and punches.

Who called it hard sparring? i had to hold back because he was younger but a more expieranced amatuer fighter.

I am not running from you joshy i just dont have time for you simple as i am not afraid to spar anyone.

I didnt say i think i hit hard woody and i am always sparring older bigger guys anyway so i dont pick on kids if thats what you thinking.
My coach told me to spar him and i went easy on him because its only a spar not a fight.
