Exactly.

All i got to say - work on your footwork, it's terrible! You're bouncing on both feet at the same time like TKD guys - perfect way to get nailed. Another thing, when you're sparring - box, man!! you two were looking at each other more than you were working.

But footwork is the basic thing, without that you can forget about improving your punches.

Ok thx for reviews as i said it was light sparring i did 10 rounds with people from another gym so my coach wasnt there but he did hit me with a heavy right hand but hey things happen nothing i can do about that.
I dont normally follow what people tell me of the internet but i try to keep it in mind and take critism.
I proberly be fighting next year so hopefully i get a nice record

I am not politically correct so I'll say what I think:

The good:

You kept your hands up.

The Bad:

You were mostly punching air.

You were not committed to your attacks.

Your work rate was lame.

The Ugly:

You were bouncing around the ring like a rabbit.

Overall you looked pretty horrible plus the other guy was not even trying.

Ps. dont even dream about doing MMA match, sparring or whatever with that kind of footwork. It just does not work. That stance is a single leg heaven.

Yeah, who said the other guy looked like a new boxer? He was totally playing around.

Also, whoever is saying "stay off YouTube because there aren't any good people posting vids" isn't looking hard enough.

Sometimes you need to not post oscar no offense but what he said was a very valid point your trying to hard man.
Even freddie roach is on youtube i want to get some of his videos on my phone then i will move it to my psp when i get it so i can be in the gym and try out his tips/tricks hes a very good coach.
